Fire Risk Assessment

CBG can assist with your legal responsibility to undertake a fire risk assessment.

Fire Detection Systems

CBG can recommend insurance and chief fire officer approved companies that design and/or install and/or commission and/or maintain fire alarm systems which are certificated to LPS1014 and/or SP203 by a UKAS accredited third party certification body. Companies certificated to LPS1014 or SP203  have BS5839-1 included within their scope of certification

Automatic Sprinkler Installation

CBG can recommend insurance company approved companies that design and/or install and/or commission and/or maintain automatic sprinkler protection in accordance with BSEN 12845 and which are certified to LPS1048.

Fire Extinguishers

CBG can arrange for a BAFE approved company to provide and/or maintain portable fire extinguishers in accordance with BSEN3.

Fire Training

CBG can arrange for appropriate training at two levels namely:

• Fire Safety Manager
• Fire Marshal/Warden
